England County team Yorkshire, where England’s Test captain Joe Root and Indian Test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara were included in their XI, were bowled out for 50 in 18.4 overs in the first innings against Essex on Friday. Pujara scored 9 (11) while the Root went out for a golden duck. The total of 50 runs is the lowest total in Yorkshire history in first-class cricket since 1973.
